Our Story

Three years ago, our journey as coworkers began at the Bemidji airport. After working many night shifts together, we soon realized that we had very similar interests and goals. Although we are polar opposites in many ways, our personalities meshed together very well and even complimented each others strengths and weaknesses. Working at the airport allowed us to travel and see more of the world, which is a passion for both of us. Time passed and the two of us decided to combine our strengths and open a home for adults with disabilities. Caring for others and creating a healthy home environment that encourages growth is both challenging and rewarding. Both of us would say, that we love what we do and are so grateful for this season of life.

Something that has been a common interest or even a hobby you could say, for the two of us is house hunting. We both love to look at houses on the MLS and watch HGTV, dreaming of the houses we could flip. This love for flipping and remodel has resulted in numerous small projects and has led us down the real estate rabbit hole which we may never find our way out of! There is SO much to learn and discover within real estate and we are beyond thrilled to be jumping in. In the last several months we have had the amazing opportunity to learn from a highly successful mentor and have completed many courses to understand different real estate strategies. We both had an immediate interest in wholesaling and short term rentals, which inspired us to start Juniper Property Company.
